Lost your Store Credit Code? No stress, contact us at info@freez.com.au and we will be able to resend your store credit email. All sale items, items purchased within site-wide sales or orders with discount codes (excluding welcome sign up codes) are ONLY eligible for store credit.

- Items That Have Been Washed
- Incorrectly Wash Items That Have Resulted In Damage

If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you. Make sure your items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
What happens if i paid for returns coverage?
If you opted for Return Coverage at checkout when placing your order - you will not have to pay for postage back to us. Upon lodging your return you will receive your return Australia Post label free of cost. If you did not selected Return Coverage at checkout, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
What condition does my return need to be in?
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Freez has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the conditions detailed below. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
