REFUND POLICY

We refund full-priced items within 28 days of purchase. All refund returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving parcel. 
So sorry, but we DO NOT issue refunds for 
  • Items On Sale 
  • Items Purchased In Site Wide Sales
  • Items With Fragrance Or Odour 
  • Items That Have Been Washed 
  • Incorrectly Wash Items That Have Resulted In Damage
  • Items That Have Already Been Exchanged 
  • Items With Missing Tags

If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you. Make sure your items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

What happens if i paid for returns coverage?

If you opted for Return Coverage at checkout when placing your order - you will not have to pay for postage back to us. Upon lodging your return you will receive your return Australia Post label free of cost. If you did not selected Return Coverage at checkout, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Do you refund orders with discount codes?
Discount codes - excluding our sign up email or SMS codes, are only eligible for store credit.
What is your return address?

My item is faulty or incorrect - what do i do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@freez.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
Please allow 5-10 business days from delivery for our team to process your return.
Do You Do Exchanges On International Orders?
Sorry but we can not offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. We can, however offer in-store credit or refunds where applicable. Please return the Returns Slip included with your order. 
Can I Get a Refund on My Order if I Process a Return for an Exchange?

No, refunds are not available for orders that have already been processed as an exchange. Once an exchange is processed, the item is only eligible for store credit.
